- My Moving Boxes.ca is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $69 before taxes within the local Toronto and Surrounding areas.
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/supplier. Please take shipping time into consideration.
If you purchase our moving boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within ten days from your delivery arrival date for a full refund. No partial returns are offered. You have to arrange for and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse.
If your order does not arrive within three business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund; including delivery and return shipping (this only applies to the GTA and SURROUNDING AREAS). Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. Please note that the first shipping day is the business day after your order placement, before 4pm.
Please Note: If your delivery arrives after the expected delivery date and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind will be offered.
Deliveries will be left at your door with no signature required unless requested otherwise on your final check out page. Some exceptions do apply. You need to provide parking space for delivery truck close to your front door in order for delivery to be successful.
If you can not be present to accept delivery you may request that your order be left safely on a covered porch, with a neighbour or with your building concierge.
NOTE: If your order totals "less" than $69 before taxes and is within the local Toronto and Surrounding areas an $25.00 delivery fee will apply.
Delivery Refusal:
If an order arriving within the delivery grace period is refused, My Moving Boxes.ca will credit your account when the product is returned to our warehouse less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination and 20% restocking fee. - Privacy & Security

My Moving Boxes.ca goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your product, we ask that you examine it closely. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at My Moving Boxes.ca retail store. For your convenience you may also ship the order. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the product back and offer you a full refund.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise. - 2X Price Match Guarantee

Should you find within 30 days of purchase a lower advertised price, including those on the internet from an Canadian retailer, we will match that price and beat it by giving you double of the difference.
All you need to do is present us with your original My Moving Boxes.ca sales receipt, along with proof that the item you bought is being advertised at a lower price. Once My Moving Boxes.ca verifies that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price, you will receive your refund.
The advertised item must be of the same brand and quality as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed. The advertised item must be sold through a Canadian retailer located in Canada. Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, and will be calculated as including all charges applicable for next day delivery to your home address. Our 2X price match Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special, restricted offers, coupons, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, clearances, bundles and kits.
