• Our retail store can only accept boxes as space is available.
• Free pick up only applies to 50 or more boxes and we will not pay for your boxes.
• Any box pick-up with less than 50 boxes, a pick-up fee of no less than $35.00 + tax will apply.
• Drop your used boxes at our location and receive full payment.
• Acceptable Condition: Boxes broken down flat and sorted by size, leave tape and labels on boxes so not to weaken boxes.
• Unacceptable Condition: Water damage, grease, holes, tears, crushed or excessive wear that would render the box unusable.

• We will only pick up at apartment lobbies not apartment units provided that parking is available.
